1. Service Offerings A Broke Girl Plumbing provides professional plumbing and general contracting services. Specific services include, but are not limited to leak repair, general plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater installation, heating and cooling, home remodels, bathroom remodels, kitchen renovations, etc.
All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment.
2. Quote and Estimate Process
Requests: You may request a quote or estimate for our services through the forms provided on our Site.
Non-Binding: Quotes and estimates provided are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. They are estimates only and are not binding contracts. The final price for services may vary depending on unforeseen conditions, additional work required, material costs, and other factors discovered during the service.
Validity: Quotes and estimates are valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
3. Online Booking and Scheduling
Appointment Requests: Our Site allows you to request and book appointments for our services. All booking requests are subject to confirmation by A Broke Girl Plumbing.
Confirmation: An appointment is only confirmed once you receive a direct confirmation from us, typically via email or phone.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client Initiated: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 801-833-3992.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Our Right to Cancel/Reschedule: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or other operational reasons. We will endeavor to provide you with as much notice as possible in such events.
5. Payment Terms
Methods of Payment: We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, and Venmo
Deposits: A deposit of 50% may be required for certain services before work commences.
Payment for services rendered is due as agreed upon in your specific service agreement or, if not otherwise specified, within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date. Full payment is considered complete upon receipt of the final installment.
Late Payments: Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of 25% per month.
6. Client Responsibilities To ensure efficient service delivery, you agree to:
Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
Ensure the work area is free from obstructions.
Provide necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity) required for the service.
Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions on the property.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our workmanship. We offer a 1 year warranty on our workmanship from the date of service completion.
Materials: Any materials supplied by us may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of God, or repairs made by others.
8. Limitation of Service Liability Our liability for any claims arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from our services.
