A lot of master bathrooms start out functional but never quite feel finished. Basic white acrylic surrounds, builder-grade fixtures, nothing that makes you want to actually spend time in there. That's exactly what we were working with here - a serviceable tub and shower setup that just didn't match how the homeowners wanted to feel at the end of the day.

What we ended up with is a completely different space. The shower walls are covered floor-to-ceiling in a textured, handmade-style tile with just enough variation in the glaze to catch the light without being flashy. It's the kind of tile that looks expensive without screaming for attention. Paired with the penny mosaic floor tile, the whole shower has real depth and character now.

The frameless glass enclosure was a big part of getting this right. No bulky frames eating up visual space - just clean, clear glass that lets the tile work do its job. The brushed gold hardware throughout ties the tub and shower together perfectly. Same finish on the rain head, the handheld, the tub faucet. That kind of consistency is what makes a bathroom feel intentional instead of pieced together.

The tub surround got the same tile treatment as the shower walls, which was the right call. It connects both fixtures into one cohesive look rather than two separate things sharing a room. Built-in niche, dual shower heads, frameless glass - every detail here was thought through. That's the difference between a bathroom remodel and a bathroom that actually works for the people living in it.

This is the kind of work we genuinely love doing. Taking a space that's technically fine and making it something the homeowner is proud of every single day. Whether it's a full custom shower build or a tub surround overhaul, we put the same care into every detail - because you're going to use this space twice a day for years to come.
